Returns & Refunds Policy
We believe you will love our products. However, if you need to return an item, our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Used or Damaged Items – Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts (unless due to our error).
- Digital Products – Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be issued.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Any item returned damaged or incomplete (not due to our error).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet our policy criteria, we will notify you of the reason.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank – processing times vary.

Shipping Returns
To return an item, please email support@nurguides.com for return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
